Massumi + Consoli LLP (MCLLP) recently hired Gaurav Krishan as a managing associate of the firm. MCLLP is a boutique law firm at 1925 Century Park East in Century City, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and finance.
Krishan earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2009 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
He comes to MCLLP after working as a director of legal affairs at True Religion in Los Angeles.
