Parish of St. Matthew Invites Palisades Community to Join Christmas Fair

The Parish of St. Matthew invites the entire Pacific Palisades community to join them for our 25th annual Christmas Faire on Friday, November 18, 2016 6pm-9pm in the church’s Sprague Auditorium.

There will be an abundance of great items; sports tickets, hotel getaways, beauty treatments from top estheticians and toys for kids of all ages in the incredible silent auction. Citizens can get some great goodies for those on your Christmas list – regardless of whether or not they’ve been naughty or nice – while doing good for the community.

The theme of this year’s Faire is CELEBRATE! because, as Corinthians 10:31 instructs, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” The Christmas Faire is celebrating its 25th joyful year where, once again, all of the net proceeds from the evening are donated to the church’s outreach partners. A complete list of the religious and non-religious non-profits who will benefit from the event are listed below.

The four Christmas Faire co-chairs are Pacific Palisades residents: Cary Sinnott and Courtney Wyman who will serve as auction co-chairs with Anna Hurst and Channing Grigsby serving as the event co-chairs.

“We hope to welcome friends – both old and new – and neighbors,” says Cary Sinnott of her second year as co-chair, “to this celebratory evening that will be the start of a great holiday season for all.” Hurst, a recent San Francisco transplant, adds, “the work our outreach partners do is essential for the health of our community.”
