Seventeen people, including five suspected scalpers, were arrested at the Rihanna-Eminem concert at the Rose Bowl, Pasadena police said today.
The arrests were made before, during and after Thursday night’s concert, the first of two at the venue, Pasadena Police Department Lt. Randell Taylor said.
Nine of the arrests were for suspicion of public intoxication, with two people taken to a hospital for treatment of inebriation, Taylor said.
The scalping arrests were made by members of a specific police detail, Taylor said.
Of the remaining arrests, two were for outstanding warrants, and one was
for suspicion of spitting on an officer, Taylor said.
