2000 Avenue of the Stars at Century Park has been awarded the prestigious 2017 Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles (BOMA-GLA).
CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) confirmed that 2000 Avenue of the Stars, an 816,615 SF, Class A, LEED Gold office building has been recognized for excellence in building management and operations. All facets of the building’s operations were judged, including its tenant relations program, amenity offerings, community involvement, fire/life safety and emergency preparedness, sustainability platform, building standards, accessibility and overall service levels.
