A 15,000-square foot penthouse in a Westwood office tower block that has been vacant for three decades, has finally found a tenant.
Hotel developer Irongate Capital Partners has leased the space at Indivest Inc.’s Center West 23-story tower at 10877 Wilshire Blvd., according to a report by Costar.
The tower was completed in 1990 but the penthouse had remained vacant until now. The space includes a balcony and 18-foot floor-to-ceiling windows with 360-degree views of Los Angeles.
According to Costar, Indivest founder and CEO Kambiz Hekmat reportedly designed the penthouse office after seeing Ronald Reagan’s 34th-story office at Fox Plaza in Century City.
