$85 Million Price Tag for Holmby Hills Estate

Nick Candy selling The Reserve

By Dolores Quintana

British tycoon Nick Candy has put his Holmby Hills estate, The Reserve, on the market for $85 million, as reported by The Robb Report.

Located in the exclusive Holmby Hills, the mansion is an “extraordinary, architecturally significant estate situated on two ultra-private acres.” according to the listing at The Agency. The art deco gates open to the grounds and the two structures that were built in 1960.

The listing tells of the two structures and says, “the palatial Main House, a single-story, 11,000-square-foot residence featuring five bedrooms, soaring ceilings, exquisite Italian finishes and vast floor-to-ceiling windows with uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape.

The most significant addition to The Reserve is the Guest House, which at 10,000 square feet is as luxurious and imposing as the Main House. The front of the five-bedroom exterior of the five-bedroom, three-story residence mirrors the style and dimensions of the Main House, with its majestic pillars and expansive windows.”

Candy’s brother Christian purchased the home in 2013 and then sold it to his brother Nick and Holly Valance, his wife in 2018.

The estate, considering both structures, boasts an eye-popping ten bedrooms and 20 bathrooms on a 1.883-acre lot and 21,000 square feet of living space. The home is listed by agents David Parnes and James Harris at The Agency as well as Mauricio Umansky, founder of The Agency.
