The Duck Store’s general manager Arlyn Schaufler invites fans to its pop-up memorabilia store at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza through Thursday, Jan. 1.

In the spirit of the upcoming College Football Championship Semifinals at the Rose Bowl between the Oregon Ducks and the Florida State Seminoles on Thursday, the presence of University of Oregon can be felt in Century City after The Duck Store opened a pop-up location today.

With a plethora of apparel and memorabilia available, the desires of Duck fans can now be met at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza.

Arlyn Schaufler, general manager of The Duck Store, expressed his excitement about the opportunity to cater to Duck fans in town for the big game.

“The Hyatt Regency Century City is the host hotel for the team and also part of our alumni association travel package,” Schaufler said. “We stayed here back in 2012 as well and we love the property.”

Located in the hotel’s Constellation Room, The Duck Store boasts a wide range of memorabilia.

“We have about 100 to 150 different products available,” Schaufler said. “We have everything from t-shirts to hats to jerseys and other memorabilia.”

Shaufler said that while the cheapest item in the store was a $3.50 lapel pin, the most expensive items were the jerseys, which range from $90 to $150.

“I’m expecting our most popular product to be the #8 jersey,” Shaufler said, referring to quarterback Marcus Mariota’s number.

The Duck Store has previously traveled to four BCS games the team were a part of — two Rose Bowls (2010, 2012), one National Championship game (2011), and one Fiesta Bowl (2013).

“We are so proud of our team,” Schaufler has said. “Four BCS Bowls, and now [they are] taking part in the first ever College Football Championship Semifinals at the Rose Bowl.”

The Duck Store will be open at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza today from noon to 8 pm, Dec. 30-31 from 8 am to 7 pm, and Jan. 1 from 7 am to 10 am.

The hotel is located at 2025 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. For more information, visit uoduckstore.com.
