Authorities today identified a man who shot and killed his estranged wife at his Beverly Hills duplex and then took his own life.
The bodies were found about 4:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of South Elm Drive, said Beverly Hills police Lt. Lincoln Hoshino.
Vincent Maggio, 39, of Beverly Hills killed the woman and then turned the gun on himself, said coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter.
The name of the woman, in her 30s, was withheld pending notification of her relatives.
Police had no prior contact with the couple, Hoshino said.
