Norby Walters, the inimitable veteran music agent/producer, will reprise his role as Dinner Chairman for the 26th Annual Night of 100 Stars on Oscar Sunday, Feb. 28. Billionaire clothing manufacturer Peter Nygard, founder and chairman of Nygard International, will join him as executive producer of this event held at the Beverly Hilton. Oscar wining producers Richard & Gary Walters (“Whiplash”) will also be in attendance.

This Black Tie Dinner Viewing Gala always includes past Oscar winners and nominees and has been rated by The Daily News as the number one Oscar party for the sheer number of celebs. PR Wiz Edward Lozzi, who aptly coordinates the media and red carpet, claimed that 250 outlets from the United States and 50 international outlets, will be on hand to cover this extraordinary event.

Some of the stars who have attended include Luke Perry, Julianna Margulies, Eric Roberts, Shirley Jones, Lou Diamond Phillips, Joe Mantegna, Jon Ham, Bo Derek, Amy Smart, Richard Dreyfuss, James Cromwell, and Daniel Baldwin.

“They have the most celebs and beautiful girls in attendance,” TV Host Jimmy Kimmel said. See what the buzz is about to be among a limited number of invited guests, at  $l,000 per seat, for this formal sit-down dinner soiree. For tickets please call 310-446-5416, and I hope to see you there!

The Broad Stage in Santa Monica was the perfect venue for 25th Annual Simply Shakespeare Benefit reading of Twelfth Night, directed by Ben Donenberg.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were honored for their commitment to bringing Shakespeare at no-charge to the L.A. community. The hilarious evening of impromptu Shakespeare and song featured star-studded cast including Hanks, Bette Midler, Bill Shatner, and Martin Short.

All proceeds from the event supported the SCLA and its arts based veteran employment and youth employment programs for inner-city youth. Did you know that they perform professional productions at the Japanese Garden on the grounds of the West L.A. Veterans Medical Center? Their “Veterans in Art” program explores how the arts can contribute to assist Veterans to recover and reintegrate into mainstream L.A. civilian life. Free tickets are offered to military vets, families and caregivers. For more
info how you can become involved, check out their website at www.ShakespeareCenter,org.

As the legendary actor Sir Laurence Olivier stated, “Shakespeare is the nearest thing in incarnation to the eye of God.”
