The Malibu Senior Center will be hosting “Relax Through Coloring” on Wednesday, December 21, from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Malibu Senior Center.
Did you know that coloring helps relieve stress? By focusing on coloring, one is not thinking about the worries of daily life. The act of coloring activates different areas of the brain by using logic and creativity. Spend an afternoon coloring mandalas and Zentangle, and learn about how colors affect your mood and energy.
