What’s New at Westfield Century City

Sweetgreen

The salad emporium known as Sweetgreen, which already has a space at Platform Culver City, has opened its latest franchise at Westfield Century City.

The healthy dining option boasts 2,700 square feet of indoor/outdoor dining and is located on the first floor near the new Apple store.

All Sweegreen’s foods are prepared fresh, are locally sourced and are sustainable. Menu items include warm bowls like the shroomami – organic wild rice, shredded kale, raw beets, bean sprouts, basil, spicy sunflower seeds, roasted sesame tofu, warm portobello mix, miso sesame ginger dressing. You can also create your own salads.

Sweetgreens is open daily from 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse

It’s going to be several months before it opens, but you read it here first. Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse will open at the mall in November 2018.

The 15,000 square foot restaurant will feature bars on both levels as well as a Champagne lounge on the second level. A focal point of the restaurant will be operable windows that open to Santa Monica Boulevard, creating an indoor/outdoor environment suited to the Los Angeles climate.

“Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse will further enhance our flagship developments in Century City,” said David Ruddick, executive vice president of leasing for Westfield. “This unique project represents the future of the Westfield portfolio and highlights public art and community spaces as well as features state of the art technology alongside some of the finest shopping, dining, amenities and customer experiences in the world. Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse will be a welcome addition to these offerings.”
