With return bars, hair bars, and just about every kind of non-alcoholic bar out there, it was only a matter of time before a bacon bar came into vogue. At Saint Marc, a newly-opened Westfield Century City restaurant, guests can sample different types of bacon, including “Apple Pie” (what?) and “Tender Belly Maple,” at $3 a slice. Of course, there’s also an entire menu on offer in case you’re in the mood for something less…meaty. Check out Saint Marc’s full “new California” offerings here.
