Ed Winston recognized the need for quality local produce and launched a farm stand style market in Santa Monica, CA,” reads their website. “Recognizing that customers were becoming busier and in need of a healthy fast food option. Our salad bar quickly became customer’s favorite Salad Bar, earning the title of LA’s Best Salad Bar by LA Magazine.”
