Police searching for two suspects wanted in connection to series of grand thefts

Police are searching for two suspects wanted for targeting elderly women in a series of jewelry thefts in Rancho Park, Sawtelle, Pico-Robertson and Holmby Hills.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), over the last several months, West detectives have identified a string of grand thefts occurring in the Pico-Robertson, Sawtelle, Rancho Park and Holmby Hills areas.
The suspects, pictured above, primarily target elderly women who are walking on the sidewalk.
“The female suspect exits a vehicle, approaches the victim, places a gift of jewelry around the victim’s neck and/or hand and simultaneously removes the victim’s personal jewelry without permission. The suspects have been seen driving several different vehicles, possible rentals,” the LAPD said.
