A former commercial building at 1951 S. Westwood Boulevard will bring a five story and 29 unit building of new housing to Westwood in a proposed development as reported by Urbanize. California Development and Design is the architect and Kamran Tavakoli, the project’s applicant, has already filed for TOC or Transit Oriented Communities incentives because of the site’s proximity to bus services that are high frequency routes. The new building will include one and three bedroom apartments and an underground parking garage with 23 spaces available for tenants of the building.
