Tsujita LA makes LA Times list
By Dolores Quintana
Tsujita LA is honored to be named as one of the 101 Best Restaurants in LA by the Los Angeles Times for the second time by critic Bill Addison.
On their Instagram page, they said, We continue to grow with the support of our community and ramen-enthusiasts all over the world.
Their ramen is a true highlight of the Sawtelle Japantown district, especially their tonkotsu or pork ramen with a rich broth which Addison highlighted in his essay about the restaurant on the LA Times 101 list, “The first spoonful of tonkotsu ramen and its creamy, pork-on-pork-on-pork intensity brought back the last decade’s countrywide obsession with the subject,” and one of the best in the city. Addison calls their ramen, “first rate” and said, “In an exhausted world, I was happy to be reminded that it warrants a short wait in line.”
Tsujita is a restaurant that was founded in Japan and has risen to be considered one of the top ramen restaurants in the world.
