Danica McKellar Sells Rancho Park Home

Home sells for $3 million

By Dolores Quintana

Actress Danica McKellar has sold her home in Rancho Park, as reported by The Dirt.com.

McKellar made a profit off of the sale. She originally picked the home up in 2013 for $1.725 million and sold it for $3.025 million. It is unknown when the actress lived in the home and for how long.

McKellar started as a child actress on “The Wonder Years” and has since transitioned into adult roles in TV movies for the Hallmark Channel. She has recently moved to the Great American Family Network to continue working in the same type of family-oriented TV movies. But that’s not her only career path, McKellar has frequently done voiceover work in animation.

The home dates from the mid-90s and has a combination of Mediterranean and traditional styles within the 3,100 square feet of the house. White roses greet visitors to the home outside and the oak floors continue from the living room outwards. According to The Dirt.com, the home has “impossibly high ceilings, impressive chandelier, and oversized stone fireplace,” in the formal dining room. The kitchen is of the open-concept style with a center island. There are three guest bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and the other two share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a dressing area and built-in vanity and the bathroom has a steam shower and jetted tub.

The land parcel is on the small side at a.14-acre but does have a patio that is covered by a pergola and a small lawn. The backyard does have fully grown trees that shade the backyard and large hedges for privacy.

Coldwell Banker Realty represented both the buyer and seller, Ben Lee was the selling agent and Michele Hall was the agent for the buyers.
