The Designer Of The Podium Style Building Is Architect Sam Ghanouni
Jonathan Braun of Jamison Services and Downtown-based real estate firm Zackary Bros have completed the construction of Maxwell, a six-story building that offers a total of 60 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
The development, located in West Los Angeles, replaced an automobile repair shop and features a two-level, 65-car subterranean parking garage, as well as amenities like a recreation room and a rooftop deck.
Monthly rents for the apartments will range from $2,995 for a 625-square-foot, one-bedroom unit to $6,675 for a three-bedroom, 1,229-square-foot apartment.
Jamison Services is known for its pipeline of new developments in Koreatown but has ventured outside the area before, including a 100-unit apartment complex being built in Sawtelle district, just over a mile east on Santa Monica Boulevard. Architect Sam Ghanouni designed the contemporary podium-type building, which is clad in painted plaster.
