In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:29 AM, the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) swiftly responded to a single-vehicle traffic accident in Bel-Air. The incident left three individuals trapped inside the vehicle, prompting a challenging auto-extrication operation by firefighters.
Details regarding the age, gender, and condition of the patients remain unknown at this time. However, the LAFD efficiently carried out the rescue operation, ensuring the safe extraction of all three individuals from the vehicle.
The patients were promptly transported to a nearby hospital for further medical evaluation and treatment after the successful extrication. The California Highway Patrol was unable to provide more information when contacted.
In response to the accident, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) took immediate action by closing the southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway at the Getty Center offramp, allowing emergency personnel to effectively manage the situation and facilitate the rescue operation.
