Rihanna Sells Beverly Hills Home for Just Under $10.3 Million

Tudor-style Residence in Exclusive Post Office Area Finds Buyer

By Dolores Quintana

International pop icon Rihanna, known by her mononymous stage name, has swiftly sold one of her two adjacent homes in Beverly Hills’ prestigious Post Office area after less than two months on the market, as reported by The Dirt.Com. However, she did not make a significant profit due to improvement expenses and real estate fees.

Originally listed in late May for just under $10.5 million, a mere $500,000 more than her purchase price just over two years ago, the 5,100-square-foot Tudor-style residence was sold for slightly less than $10.3 million. The buyer is a trust with a generic name managed by a top talent agent in Hollywood.

Situated behind gated walls on nearly half an acre in the exclusive Coldwater Canyon, the main home boasts three bedrooms, four bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a fireside media lounge, and a family room. The property’s amenities include a swimming pool with a cabana and fire pit, a sports court, and a guest apartment equipped with its own bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and office space.

James Harris and David Parnes of The Agency were the listing agents, while the unknown buyer’s side was represented by Josh Flagg at Douglas Elliman.

Although Rihanna, the founder of Fenty Beauty who is a serial renter of extravagant properties worldwide, still retains ownership of the neighboring house, which she purchased in late 2020 for $13.75 million and is not currently on the market. She also owns a massive condo in Century City, formerly owned by “Friends” star Matthew Perry, which she acquired for $21 million earlier this year. Rihanna also maintains a residence in her native Barbados and is currently pregnant with her second child with rapper ASAP Rocky.
