Saldana Sells Home for $10 Million, Millions Below the Original Asking Price
Actress Zoe Saldana has sold her Beverly Hills mansion after more than a year on the market but at a steep price cut, as reported by Marketwatch.
The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Colonial Revival home sold for $10 million on November 15, almost $5 million less than the original price. Saldana, 46, first put the property on the market in September 2023 for $16.5 million before reducing the price multiple times.
The 6,400-square-foot home, located in the guard-gated Hidden Valley Estates, was relisted in February 2024 for $14.9 million and again in April for $14.5 million. By June, the asking price dropped to $13.995 million. The final listing in September set the price at $11.995 million.
Saldana purchased the mansion for $8.7 million so there was a margin of profit for the actress.
The estate was built in 1974 and extensively remodeled, the mansion features a bright yellow front door, ivy-covered white brick, and manicured hedges. The property is located in the world-famous 90210 zip code, one of the most recognizable on the planet.
Saldana is known for her roles in blockbuster films like “Avatar” and “Guardians of the Galaxy.” Her latest film Emilia Perez has inspired Oscar buzz for the actress.
