Expect Lane Reductions and Construction Through November 2025
A major roadway rehabilitation project will begin on December 9, 2024, and is scheduled to continue through November 2025, weather permitting. The project will impact portions of Coldwater Canyon Drive and Monte Cielo Drive, with construction occurring Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
The affected areas include:
- Coldwater Canyon Drive: Beverly Drive to Monte Cielo Drive
- Monte Cielo Drive: Coldwater Canyon Drive to La Fontaine Court
The scope of the project includes:
- Reconstruction of damaged pavement sections
- Replacement of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and driveway approaches
- Installation of new curb ramps and localized drainage pipe
- Pavement grinding, asphalt overlay, and striping
Lane reductions will be in effect during construction.
