LAPD Searching For 5 Burglary Suspects

LAPD Detectives are searching for five suspected burglars who allegedly stole items from a store in Century City. (Thinkstock)

Detectives have requested the public’s assistance in searching for five burglary suspects who allegedly stole merchandise from a handbag store Sunday afternoon.

According to the LAPD’s West Los Angeles division, the burglary occurred Feb. 2 at about 2:30 p.m. in the block of 10200 Santa Monica Boulevard, where the Westfield Century City Mall is located.

Burglary detectives allege, “Five suspects entered an open business through the front door, stole numerous pieces of merchandise, then left the location.”

The suspects are described as follows:

“The first suspect is described as a female black, with blond and black hair.  She stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a brown tank top, black pants, a black bag and sunglasses.

“The second suspect is described as a male black with a thin build.  He stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing an orange and blue design sweater and dark pants.

“The third suspect is described as a male black. He stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and red beanie, blue jeans jacket, a blue and white striped shirt, gray camouflage pants and black sneakers.

“The fourth suspect is described as a female black with long black hair. She stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light colored blouse, black shorts and dark shoes.

“The fifth suspect is described as a female black with long black hair. She stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a long sleeved green shirt, dark pants and fur style boots.”
