Aahs, the company behind the popular gift and costume store with locations throughout Los Angeles, including in Westwood Village and Santa Monica, is closing all their Aahs! Gift Stores throughout Southern California.
The company, when reached for comment, would not divulge why they are closing the gift stores and did not give a date for when locations throughout Southern California would cease operations but did confirm that they will be closing all seven of their Aahs! Gift Store storefronts.
Aahs’ other three companies, Aahs Signs, Aahs Corporate Awards and Aahs Halloween Club, will remain in business.
Aahs has been in business since 1981 and the company’s gift stores in Santa Monica, Westwood Village, West Hollwyood, Encino, Torrance, Buena Park and Puente Hills are popular destinations for shoppers looking for costumes, party supplies, toys, novelties and gag gifts. With their upcoming closures, clearance sales are underway at the gift stores.
