Chef Wolfgang Puck and Hotel Bel-Air are mutually parting ways on March 31

The Hotel Bel Air and internationally famous chef Wolfgang Puck will be parting ways this year after an impressive 11-year period with chef Puck in charge of the kitchen at the hotel’s sumptuous restaurant as reported by Eater Los Angeles. The Hotel Bel-Air is owned by The Dorchester Collection and is located at 701 Stone Canyon Road.
The Dorchester Collection has not made any announcement of who will take over the restaurant in the future but released this press release about the restaurant and Wolfgang Puck, “The partnership between Hotel Bel-Air and Wolfgang Puck will not be renewed by mutual agreement when it expires on March 31, 2023. Wolfgang Puck has managed food and beverage operations at the hotel since 2011 and we are very proud of the success the partnership has brought over the last 11 years. However, we have now mutually agreed to go in a different direction. Dorchester Collection will continue its relationship with Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group in London with CUT at 45 Park Lane.”
