Harbor Associates purchases the former Spanish Broadcasting System building.
Harbor Associates paid $14.7 million for the property previously occupied by the Spanish Broadcasting System at 10281 Pico Boulevard in Century City.
Harbor Associates joined with Stockbridge Capital Group to take over the 33,000-square-foot office building via a distressed liquidation sale.
Spanish Broadcasting System had owned and occupied the four-story building since 1994. The building, which was built in 1981, is next door to 20th Century Fox studios.
Harbor says it plans to renovate and transform the building and rename the property Bespoke Century City.
