Comedian Pete Davidson Faces Community Service and Educational Programs for Beverly Hills Crash

18-Month Diversion Program Requires 50 Hours of Service and Hospital-Morgue Visits

By Dolores Quintana

Pete Davidson, the 29-year-old actor and comedian, has been mandated to complete 50 hours of community service after crashing into a home and fire hydrant in Beverly Hills. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has placed Davidson in an 18-month diversion program following charges of reckless driving in June.

As part of the terms of the program, Davidson will be allowed to fulfill his community service hours in New York, where he currently resides. He will likely complete the 50-hour requirement at the New York City Fire Department, where his late father, Scott Davidson, served as a firefighter before tragically losing his life during the September 11 attacks.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported from the incident, and Beverly Hills Police did not arrest Davidson.

Apart from community service, Davidson will also be obligated to participate in a hospital and morgue (HAM) program, which involves visits to either a hospital or a morgue. Additionally, he must complete 12 hours of traffic school, which can be fulfilled in New York.
