The San Vicente Scenic Corridor Design Review Board has two vacant positions. One opening is for someone who owns a retail business or is a managerial employee of a retail business within the Specific Plan area. (The Specific Plan area begins at the Country Mart on the west and extends to Bringham Ave. on the east.) Another opening is for an architect or a landscape architect.
