Eataly Hosts Italian Culinary Icon for a Four-Course Feast and Learn the Art of Italian Cooking

Lidia Bastianich Takes Los Angeles on a Culinary Journey at Eataly Century City

Attention all Lidia Bastianich enthusiasts and Italian cuisine aficionados! Embark on a remarkable gastronomic journey as Lidia Bastianich, the Emmy-award-winning television host, renowned cookbook author, and celebrity chef, brings her culinary expertise to La Scuola di Eataly Los Angeles. The author will also be available from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Eataly Marketplace to sign copies of her new book “From Our Family Table to Yours.” 

From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, indulge in a savory four-course dinner paired with wines from Lidia Bastianich’s latest book, “From Our Family Table to Yours.” The best part? You’ll have the unique opportunity to learn how to create these delectable dishes alongside Lidia herself. You can purchase tickets at the website and RSVP to the book event on the website as well. 

The Evening’s Highlights:

  • Savor a four-course feast inspired by Lidia’s featured book.
  • Delight in Bastianich wines thoughtfully paired with each course.
  • Immerse yourself in Lidia Bastianich’s guidance as she shares her “simple recipes for perfect meals.”
  • Walk away with your very own personalized signed copy of Lidia’s book, “From Our Family Table to Yours” (valued at $40.00).

  • Kale Salad with Avocado and Pistachio
  • Penne with Roasted Cherry Tomato Sauce
  • Chicken Scaloppine with Prosciutto and Peas
  • Rum Raisin Semifreddo

Additional Information:

  • The ticket price is per person and includes one copy of Lidia’s “From Our Family Table to Yours,” a non-refundable and non-returnable book.
  • Please note that the menu is pre-set, and dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated for this dinner.
  • All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to verify they are 21 or older.

But that’s not the only captivating culinary experience choice; on October 19. At  Eataly’s rooftop restaurant, Terra, Eataly will host Norbert Reinish of Braida Winery. You’ll be treated to a specially prepared five-course dinner paired with Braida’s exceptional wines, well-known for their contribution to making Barbera one of Italy’s premier grape varieties. Braida Winery Wine Dinner Highlights:

  • Taste Braida’s diverse Barbera styles, from soft and silky to bold and lush, alongside other native varietals, each expertly paired with a dish prepared on the wood-fired grill.
