Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have finally found a buyer for the second of their two condos at Westwood’s Beverly West apartment complex.
Back in February 2017 they tried to sell the apartment for $8 million, but finally settled on $5.85 million, according to TMZ.
The couple bought two condos in the building in 2014 for a total of $13 million. They sold the first condo for $6 million in June last year.
According to the listing description from the Westside Estate Agency, the space has been entirely redone, and is “one of the most prime units available” in the upscale building, with unobstructed city and golf course views from downtown to the Pacific Ocean.
The two bedroom apartment has over 4,000 square feet, a dedicated elevator that opens directly into the space, and building amenities include a separate service elevator, 24-hour security, doorman, valet service, fitness center, swimming pool and spa.
