Six-Course Meal Paired With 2016 Barolo Wines at WeHo’s Tesse Restaurant
Tesse restaurant is set to host an exclusive wine dinner on Friday, August 23rd, at 7:30 p.m., featuring the esteemed 2016 Barolo wines from Cascina Adelaide. Guests will have the unique opportunity to meet Chiara Drocco, granddaughter of Amabile Drocco, who founded the family-run winery in the late 1990s. Tickets for the dinner, which is close to selling out, are available on Tock and cost $150.00 per person.
Cascina Adelaide, known for producing some of the best Barolo wines over the past two decades, has become a favorite of Tesse’s own Jordan and Raphael. The winery, which now boasts over 15 different labels, continues to receive high praise for its consistent quality and value. The evening will highlight a selection of Barolo wines “from the library,” showcasing the 2016 vintage.
The event includes a six-course dinner expertly crafted by Chef Raphael to complement the wines for $150 per person. The menu promises a night of culinary excellence, with dishes designed to pair perfectly with each wine.
