In Century City, First Republic Bank has signed one of the biggest leases in 2022 so far in a bid to grow its presence in the area as reported by Commercial Observer.com.
The lease is for 156,163 square feet at 1888 Century Park East taking the space formerly owned by CommonWealth Partners since 2013.
According to Commercial Observer, Century City is one of the most expensive submarkets in Los Angeles at a $5.81 per square foot rental rate and an area with one of the lowest availability rates.
