Night of Creativity and Entertainment with Prominent Filmmakers and Musicians

The Flux Screening Series is set to once again bring together the creative community in celebration of exceptional short films and music videos from across the world. This dynamic event promises a captivating blend of imaginative filmmaker presentations and live performances.
In this fall’s program, audiences can anticipate the premiere of a groundbreaking film by AI innovator Paul Trillo, accompanied by the avant-garde musical talents of French experimental musician Jacques. Exploring themes of intimacy and yearning, Becca Rieckmann makes her directorial debut with “Admissions of Desire.” Eno, known for the hit short “The Pitch,” returns with “Freelancer Yoga,” offering another humorous glimpse into the world of creativity and advertising.
The screening will also include “Simone,” an extraordinary profile by Aisha Amin, delving into the life of a young mother navigating New York’s bustling subway system. Furthermore, Jason Lester will delight the audience with his enchanting music video for Icelandic singer-songwriter Laufey, titled “From the Start.”
The diverse lineup of films encompasses a wide range of genres, including comedy, dance, documentary, music, and animation. Notably, the event will feature new music videos for artists such as Mette, Laufey, Hermanos Láser, Skrillex, The Hives, and more.
The evening will be graced by the presence of special in-person guests, including Anderson Wright, Becca Rieckmann, Eno, Jason Lester, Paul Trillo, and Omer Ben Shachar. Following the screenings, a vibrant courtyard after-party will unfold, featuring the talents of guest DJ Sonrisita.
