Former Los Angeles City Councilman Richard Alarcon was sentenced today to 120 days in jail and 600 hours of community service — and placed on five years probation — for his convictions for fraudulent voting and perjury.
His wife, Flora, was sentenced to 400 hours of community service and five years probation for the same crimes.
