The Growth Capital Conference is one of the “granddaddies” of them all when it comes to linking up local entrepreneurs and investors. The next conference is May 1, from 7 a.m. till 10 a.m. at the Olympic Collection, on the north-west corner of Olympic and Sawtelle.
Presentations will be made by startups seeking funding and investors looking for the next big thing. David Newman, co-chair of the event, can point to several GCC success stories over the years (companies that got funded after presenting at GCC).
