The Mansion Concert Season Has Begun With Tickets Now On Sale
The historic Greystone mansion in Beverly Hills has already begun to host the much-anticipated 2024 Music in the Mansion Concert Season. The season promises a diverse lineup of talented musicians, showcasing a range of musical genres and styles.
The series kicked off on Sunday, January 14, with “The Rarities,” featuring performances by the Syrinx Quintet at 2 p.m. The quintet, comprising Victoria Lee on oboe, Micah Wright on clarinet, Patrick Olmos on saxophone, Mathiew Girardet on bass clarinet, and Alex Rosales Garcia on bassoon, is set to captivate the audience with a unique blend of instruments.
The excitement continues on Sunday, February 11, with “From Mozart to Stravinsky.” The day unfolds with Duo Syncopa at 1 pm, featuring Tomomi Sato on piano and Yue Qian on violin. At 2:30 p.m., Simon Tetzlaff takes the stage with a captivating performance on cello, accompanied by Tomomi Sato on piano. The day concludes with Colin McDearman at 4 p.m., showcasing his piano prowess.
On Sunday, March 10, the concert series explores “Lower Voices.” Daniel Miles, playing the viola with Cameron Akioka on piano, sets the stage for an enchanting performance at 2 p.m.—the Boyle Williams Duo, featuring Andrew Boyle on piano and Keith Williams on cello, takes the spotlight at 4 p.m.
Ticket prices are set at $25 for Beverly Hills residents and $30 for non-residents; this concert series is a not-to-be-missed cultural event in the heart of Beverly Hills.
