Heather and Terry Dubrow Buy $14 Million Century City Penthouse

‘Real Housewives’ stars buy penthouse in The Century

By Dolores Quintana

Century City has new reality star neighbors since Heather and Terry Dubrow purchased a luxury condominium in The Century, for $14 million as reported by Mansion Global

Ms. Dubrow said, as quoted by Mansion Global, “To us, this was a time to figure out what area we wanted to live in, which building we liked. I basically saw every building in Los Angeles in every area. I went into this building and I was blown away.”

The Dubrows are residents of Orange County who have been looking for property in Los Angeles for some time with the assistance of their real estate agent Heather Rae El Moussa who is part of The Oppenheim Group.

Century City is home to The Century which is a private gated tower with 42 stories. Much like the size of the building, and everything else about the property stands out from the rest of the area.

The Century is luxury living with assured privacy for those who can afford it. Coldwell Banker real estate agent Cassandra Peterson represents the seller of the condo along with Tomas Fridman of Compass Realty. The seller’s name has not been revealed since Peterson declined to name them to Mansion Global. The condo was sold by an LLC that is connected to Sergey Grishin.

Heather Dubrow stated, “Everywhere you look, it’s something special.” The condo unit that the Dubrows purchased was re-designed by Roberto Cavalli. It included onyx walls, parquet flooring and a custom Murano glass chandelier and also includes a sauna, a private elevator to the ground floor and three terraces with citywide views.

Heather Dubrow is a cast member on “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” and a podcast host. Her husband, Dr. Dubrow, is a doctor on the reality television show “Botched.
