Chef Luca Crestanelli’s Roman Feast in Brentwood Delayed For Now
According to a representative from the Toscana Group, the Roma Social Wine Dinner, originally set to take place at All Roads Pinsera and Ecotera on Wednesday, March 26, at 6:30 p.m., has been postponed due to circumstances beyond the restaurant’s control.
The nearly sold-out event was designed to offer guests an immersive dining experience. It featured a Roman-inspired menu curated by Executive Chef Luca Crestanelli. The dinner was set to showcase the authentic flavors of the Eternal City with expertly paired wines sourced from Italy’s Lazio region.
Toscana Group representative Janine Sharell shared the news this morning. While no details have been provided regarding the nature of the emergency, organizers have assured patrons that a rescheduled date will be announced soon.
All Roads, the host venue, is a restaurant dedicated to the art of Roman-style pinsa, blending the refined flavors of fine dining with the inviting ambiance of a casual eatery. The restaurant is part of the Toscana Group, which includes Toscana, Bar Toscana, S.Y. Kitchen, and Nella Kitchen & Bar. The kitchen is led by Chef Justino Quirino, alongside Crestanelli and Marco Longinotti, known for their work at Nella Kitchen & Bar in the Santa Ynez Valley.
For those who planned to secure tickets to the Roma Social Wine Dinner, further details on the rescheduled event will be shared as soon as they become available.
