Inheritance: The Good, the Bad – and the Way Through It

Gary Stuart has been leading Constellations for more than eight yearsEveryone gets an inheritance – DNA, maybe some heirlooms… and unbreakable energetic ties to the family lines on both sides aka, “baggage†. Even in cases where the genetic parents are unknown, their biological offspring still carry their genetic and energetic legacy. No family is exempt but there is a way to lighten this load – thanks to Breaking Family Patterns.

Based on the work of Bert Hellinger, (previous incarnations of this work have been referred to as: Systemic Family Constellation, Family Constellation, Primal Constellation, Trans-Generational Work and Movement of the Spirit Mind), Breaking Patterns Constellation sessions enable participants to more fully understand what previous generations have ‘bestowed’ upon them. On-going epi-genetic studies continue to discover that the collective experiences of your family’s past generations profoundly affect and influence you and your children in the present. Breaking Patterns sessions help you access this information – and in doing so, can help you alleviate problems caused by this energetic inheritance.

Breaking Family Patterns Constellation may be able to help you break free from persistent issues that are holding you or your loved ones back by finding the true, generational cause of the issue. And by helping yourself, you also help your children; even if the problem you work on for yourself during a Constellation session seems unrelated to any of your children’s issues because families are energetically connected and therefore effect each other.

To arrange a Constellation session, email Gary Stuart at gary@chifield.com. Stuart is a facilitator, trained and certified by founder Hellinger.

Stuart can accommodate ‘distant’ sessions or, participants can come in person to a Breaking Patterns location in Santa Monica or Sunland.
