Kidspace Children’s Museum welcomes Andre Cronthall just prior to the beginning of construction on its newest experience, Arroyo Adventure, set to open to the public later this Fall.

This June, Kidspace Children’s Museum officially welcomed Andre J. Cronthall as the newest member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Cronthall is a Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP, a law firm founded in Los Angeles in 1927, but which now has fifteen offices throughout the United States and abroad.  With the addition of Mr. Cronthall, Board membership increases to 19 members.

Mr. Cronthall has spent the last 30 years as an attorney in the Los Angeles area specializing in complex commercial litigation with extensive experience as lead counsel in civil jury trials involving a wide variety of business disputes. He has litigated numerous matters from inception through appeal, with expertise in insurance-related litigation, products liability, commercial contract disputes, and professional liability. In addition to his membership on the Kidspace Board of Directors, Mr. Cronthall also serves on the Board of Directors for Public Counsel, the largest pro bono law firm in the nation.

“I have fond memories of my sons’ faces as they explored Kidspace and learned while playing. I’m honored to have the opportunity to work with the terrific board members and staff at Kidspace. As a board member I am excited to help the museum continue to improve its excellent exhibits and adventures, as well as help it accomplish its mission to nurture the potential of all children”, said Cronthall.

Kidspace Children’s Museum welcomes Andre Cronthall just prior to the beginning of construction on its newest experience, Arroyo Adventure, set to open to the public later this Fall. This latest enhancement to the existing Kidspace Gardens is the fourth exhibit experience to be funded by The Campaign for the Future of Kidspace, a $13 million capital campaign announced in May of 2012, to build new exhibits, upgrade existing learning environments, improve guest amenities, and develop new curriculum and programs. The addition of Mr. Cronthall will bring fresh insight into how the Museum implements its exhibit master plan, as well as how it seeks new fundraising resources.
