A 26-year-old man suffering from a mental illness went missing today in South Los Angeles, police said.
The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Roger Soto, who was last seen around 4 a.m. in the 700 block of 42nd Place.
His family has not seen or heard from him and is concerned for his welfare, police said.
Soto is described as Hispanic with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet-7 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds, police said. He was last seen shoeless, wearing a white shirt and black pants.
