
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power will host a pair of workshops today on the installation of solar photovoltaic panels.
The workshops will be held at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the auditorium of the Crenshaw Customer Service Center in South Los Angeles. The workshops will follow a question-and-answer format and touch on topics such as solar billing and reading solar meters.
The Crenshaw center and three other customer service centers will also be holding Saturday hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to assist customers with any service or billing questions.
The Saturday hours will be offered at the:
— Crenshaw center, 4030 Crenshaw Blvd.;
— Van Nuys center, 6550 Van Nuys Blvd.;
— Watts center, 1686 E. 103rd St.; and
— West Los Angeles center, 1394 S. Sepulveda Blvd.
Future Saturday customer service hours and workshops are being scheduled for Feb. 14, March 14 and April 11.
