A man was shot to death today at a medical marijuana clinic near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
The shooting on Century Boulevard near Concourse Way was reported about 12:15 p.m., and a man was declared dead at the scene shortly afterward, according to Los Angeles police Officer Liliana Preciado.
Two men were seen fleeing the area in a dark-colored BMW, but it was unclear if the shooting happened during a robbery. Police said a woman was knocked down in the commotion.
The shooting happened in a hotel-dotted area just east of the airport, and Century Boulevard was temporarily closed La Cienega Boulevard and Concourse Way.
