A new pizza place has opened in Westwood, because everybody knows there are always plenty of hungry students on limited budgets in a university town.
Marco’s Pizza is now officially open at 2215 Westwood Blvd., and along with the requisite slices of pizza, you can also pick up salad, subs, breads, desserts and chicken wings.
Among the restaurant’s more interesting pies are the “Deluxe Uno” with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and peppers and the “Garden Pizza” with four types of cheese including Feta, with mushrooms, black olives, onions and sliced tomatoes.
Marco’s is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
