“Friends” star Matthew Perry has bought a 9,318 square-foot penthouse in Century City. The new pad at The Century certainly has plenty of room for Perry to host all his friends.
While the $20 million price tag would make most people balk, the purchase was a great deal for Perry, given that the original price tag was $26.5 million.
The penthouse boasts floor to ceiling windows with views of both the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica Mountains.
The home boasts a gourmet eat in kitchen and a huge dining room and the building has state-of-the-art amenities, including 24-hour security, a gym, full-service spa, a movie screening room, bars, a wine cellar, four acres of gardens and a lap pool.
