Meet Marcela at Stuff365

Marcela Kotoul loves dark chocolate, music, reading, hanging with family and friends… and organization! Kotoul has had an eye for order since she was young and revels in organizing anything and everything. She can walk into a room filled with nothing but chaos and see potential beauty, order and peace.

Kotoul has seen the freedom and renewed energy that comes from getting one’s things in order; clearing out the unnecessary, unimportant, unflattering stuff to make room for what renews, restores, and refocuses the space’s inhabitant(s). But it’s not just the organizing that she loves, it’s the relationships she builds with the women with whom she works.

Marcela began helping friends organize their spaces — and therefore their lives — while a college student at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. She majored in Economics and Finance and spent her first few years after graduation working her organizational magic in the position of an Administrative and later Executive Assistant.

After a dozen successful years as the owner of a Residential and Commercial Cleaning Service she decided that she could help clients even more by providing her clients with organization and struction and so launched a professional organizing service, Stuff365.

Combining her considerable office experience with her years working in the intimacy of people’s homes, Stuff365 is the culmination of her skills. A teacher and communicator at heart, Marcela is very gifted at helping her clients maintain the order she helps them attain, “The goal of organizing isn’t to make your home pristine, but rather to make your life more calm, chaos free and functional. My ideal client is someone whose life has gotten in the way. Busy moms, busy professionals and anyone in between who doesn’t know how or where to start.â€
