Mid City West Hosts Food Distribution

Food and hygiene products were distributed to 500 families at a recent local food drive.

“Thank you to Mid City West Neighborhood Council for organizing last weekend’s drive-through food drive at Television City in the Fairfax District,” said Councilmembers Paul Koretz who was in attendance to help distribute food and hygiene products to 500 families and individuals. Koretz represents Los Angeles City Council District 5, which includes Century City and Westwood.

The event was made possible thanks to dozens of volunteers from Labor Community Services, the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, United Way, Saban Community Clinic, Baby2Baby, and Hackman Capital Partners, owner of Television City.
