Bebe Stores Inc. has agreed to sell its three-story Century City design studio at 10345 W. Olympic Blvd. for $35 million, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The Real Deal reports that the buyer is Monday Properties, and the deal is slated to close in mid-August. To date, Monday Properties has not released any information about its plans for the location.
Bebe has the option to lease back up to 12,000 square feet of space at the 46,685-square-foot building for up to four months after the deal closes, according to the filing.
Monday Properties is a landlord and investment firm based in New York and opened an L.A. office in February.
