Modern Sanctuary Blends Luxury With Nature In Gated Community
Grammy-winning musician Lizzo has put her Beverly Hills home on the market for $15.99 million, offering a contemporary retreat described as a “modern sanctuary” that harmonizes architecture and nature.
The 5,400-square-foot property, built in 2018, sits on a third of an acre in an exclusive gated community, where neighbors include Lisa Vanderpump, Jessica Alba, and Demi Moore. The listing, managed by James Harris and David Parnes of Carolwood Estates, highlights features such as a two-story atrium filled with greenery, wood-beamed ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Outdoor terraces offer views of the backyard and surrounding mountains.
Lizzo purchased the home in spring 2022 for $15 million from Warner Bros. CEO and co-chairman Aaron Bay-Schuck, according to property records. The residence was previously owned by English pop star Harry Styles.
The L-shaped home incorporates wood, stone, and glass elements, creating a treehouse-like atmosphere that complements its natural surroundings. Harris and Parnes declined to comment on the listing, which officially hit the market on Tuesday.
