JMB Realty’s Century City Center to Feature Modern Design, Landscaped Courtyards, and Top-Tier Tenants Including CAA
JMB Realty, a Chicago-based developer, is finally breaking ground on the long-awaited Century City Center, after announcing Creative Artists Agency signed on as the building’s cornerstone client over a year ago as reported by Urbanize Los Angeles.
The tower will be located at 1950 Avenue of the Stars in an empty lot and will feature 730,000 square feet of office space across 37 stories. This building will sit above the future Century City Metro Rail Station which is also being built at the same time. Part of the plan of the project is to encourage the use of public transportation by the workers in the building.
This new office tower project in the heart of Century City is set to feature a modern glass and steel tower reaching approximately 564 feet in height. The tower, designed by Johnson Fain, will be accompanied by two acres of landscaped courtyards and gardens and is expected to be completed by 2026.
Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the world-famous talent and sports agency will occupy about 400,000 square feet of the building, with its new space designed by Bjarke Ingels Group. The space will include dining areas, meeting rooms, event spaces, and a private lobby, entrance, and parking areas.
